No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.īefore returning any merchandise customers must first contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Pilot Mall can only refund the original purchase price. If returning for credit back to the original payment method, customers are responsible for return freight charges.Īll returned items must be received in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
If exchanging for another item, or requesting store credit, return shipping is free within the continental US.
